The Woodhaven Police and Fire Departments are encouraging its residents to sign up for Nixle alerts to receive important and timely public safety information. With no cost to residents, Nixle offers residents effective public notification solution.
Upon registering for the Nixle messages, it will be up to the individual resident to decide which type of messaging they would like to receive. For instance, if a subject does not which to be alerted on community affairs they would simple not select that type of notification. At that time they would only receive Alerts and Advisory's from the City's Nixle notification system.
