Household Hazardous Waste Collection
Wayne County hosts collection events periodically at various locations around the County. Usually there is no fee for participation, and you do not have to reserve a time with our department or the County. Details for all collections will be announced on our website and/or the local Woodhaven cable channel.
Hazardous Waste Collection
Collections run from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and are scheduled for:
Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Wayne County Community College Ted Scott Campus 9555Haggerty Road Belleville, MI. 48111
Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Henry Ford Community College 5101 Evergreen Rd. Dearborn
Saturday, August 31, 2024 Westland Shopping Center (behind JC Penny store) 35000 Warren Rd. Westland
Saturday, October 19, 2024 Wayne County Community College, 21000 Northline Road, Taylor MI. 48180
