Submit “Freedom of Information Act” (FOIA) requests to pdadmin@woodhavenmi.org
Please include your name, address, and telephone number where you can be reached. Also, include as much specific information as possible, such as names, dates, details about the incident, and an incident number when possible.
UD-10 crash reports can be downloaded directly from https://policereports.lexisnexis.com/search/
Private property crashes are NOT included in Lexis Nexis Police Reports and may only be obtained via FOIA requests
Pistol Sales Records can be mailed directly to the Police Department at 21869 West Road, Woodhaven, MI 48183. Please list the recipient as “Police Department” to ensure that they make it to the correct department without delay. You can also drop pistol sales records in the drop box at City Hall.
Pistol Purchase Permits can be mailed directly to the Police Department. Please include a copy of the front and back of your driver’s license and a phone number where you can be reached. You can download this form on the city of Woodhaven website under the Police Department.
